3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As a client, you agree to:

- Respond promptly to requests for information or approvals

- Pay all fees as outlined in our agreements

- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

Payment terms are as specified in our invoices or service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable and due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect the confidentiality of information shared during our business relationship. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information unless required by law or with prior written consent.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, documents, and deliverables created by Ring3 Consulting, LLC remain our property until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, you will receive a license to use the deliverables as specified in our agreement.

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our services.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. You remain responsible for payment of services rendered prior to termination.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Ring3 Consulting, LLC is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or upon notification to you.
